Services Offered with Direct Primary Care:
1. Unlimited in-office and telehealth visits
a. Acute visits (cough, cold, UTI, etc.)
b. Preventative Care (yearly physical with labs)
c. Chronic Disease Management (COPD, Asthma, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, etc.)
2. Procedures:
Wart Treatment
Ear Wax Removal
Suturing (anything larger than 2 cm will incur an additional fee listed below)
Simple Abscess Incision and Drainage

3. Currently we do not offer OBGYN services, these services would be referred to OBGYN. Once an evaluation (pap) has been done, we are happy to review and prescribe birth control as needed.
