RETURN POLICY

All services, service packages, and prepaid treatments are non-refundable, and non-transferable to others. Products cannot be returned or refunded.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Please note that gift cards or gift certificates cannot be returned or refunded. Gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY

1. Cancellation Requests: Customers may request to cancel services by contacting our customer support team via phone or email. All cancellation requests must include the customer's full name, contact information, and service details.

2. Cancellation Fees: The visit or deposit fee will be collected if the cancellation is less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

3. Refunds: Refunds for canceled services will be processed according to our refund policy. Customers may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on the terms and conditions of their service agreement. Refunds will be issued within 3 of the cancellation request.

4. Termination of Services: We reserve the right to terminate services without prior notice in cases of non-payment, violation of our terms and conditions, or any other breach.

5. No Shows will not receive a refund of their service fee or deposit.
